General Terms of Sale SelosConnect

1. Object and Scope of Application

These General Terms of Sale (GTS) govern the contractual relationships between SelosConnect and its customers for the sale of products imported from Nigeria, China, Vietnam, Turkey and Dubai.

2. Order Process

Orders via WhatsApp:

  • Orders are placed exclusively via WhatsApp on the site in the product detail pages
  • An order confirmation is sent via WhatsApp within 24 hours
  • The order is only considered firm after written confirmation
  • Information on product availability is provided upon request

📦 Important Import Information

SelosConnect specializes in importing products from several countries. Delivery times and conditions may vary depending on the product's origin.

3. Price and Payment

Payment terms:

  • Full payment upon order for confirmation
  • Balance before product shipment
  • Accepted payment methods: Mobile Money, bank transfer, credit card, payment link
  • Les prix sont dans toute les devises et excluent les frais d'importation ainsi que les éventuels droits de douane

4. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on product origin:

  • China/Vietnam: 15-25 business days or more
  • Turkey/Dubai: 10-20 business days or more
  • Nigeria: 5-10 business days or more

Delivery times start from payment of deposit and confirmation of availability.

⚠️ Important Note on Delivery Times

Delivery times are given as an estimate and may be affected by factors beyond our control (customs, transport, etc.). We commit to informing you of any delay.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current regulations, you have a 7-day period to exercise your right of withdrawal.

  • The product must be returned in its original condition
  • Return costs are borne by the customer
  • Refund occurs within 14 days after receipt of product

7. Warranty and After-Sales Service

Product warranty:

  • All products benefit from manufacturer warranty
  • 2-month warranty on manufacturing defects
  • Free technical assistance for 30 days after purchase
  • After-sales service available via WhatsApp

8. Responsibilities

SelosConnect cannot be held responsible for:

  • Delays due to customs services
  • Changes in import regulations
  • Cases of force majeure (strikes, bad weather, etc.)
  • Inappropriate use of products by the customer

9. Complaints

Any complaint must be made:

  • Within 48 hours after receipt of product

We commit to responding to any complaint within 72 hours.

10. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Beninese law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Cotonou.
